Large wiring capacity, which can adapt to various wiring requirements.
The crimping frame and the soldering pin are mechanically decoupled, that is, because the clamping frame and the soldering pin are not connected as a whole, the torque when tightening the screw will not be transmitted to the soldering point.
The welding pin has a quadrangular prism shape, and the end shrinks and becomes thinner. When inserting the solder hole, the contact area is increased. Welding liquid is easy to dissolve into the welding hole, and it is not easy to weld.
The welding needle is made of copper alloy, and the welding needle has no dirt to ensure the long-term reliability of welding.
Tinned solder pins, easy to solder.
With heat dissipation channel.
The end of the solder pin shrinks and becomes thinner, which is easy to install.

Electrical Terminals Types
Ring
Electrical ring terminals are the most versatile and widely used type of electrical terminal. A ring structure on one end of the terminal allows a bolt or screw to pass through, allowing the wire to be securely affixed to equipment with minimal risk of slippage or disconnection. Ring terminals are ideal for harsh, high-vibration environments such as those encountered in automotive wiring systems.
Spade
Also known as fork terminals, spade terminals have a fork-like end that facilitates easy connection or disconnection in an electrical system. This design allows the screw or bolt to remain partially screwed in while attaching or removing the terminal. Commonly used with bus bars, spade terminals enable new wires to be installed without having to remove existing wires to make space.
Hook
Hook terminals feature a hook-shaped end that allows the wires to be easily and quickly connected to the electrical system without removing the screw. This design makes them useful for applications with limited space available for installation. The hooked end also allows for a more secure and durable connection than the one provided by spade terminals.
Quick-Disconnect
Quick-disconnect terminals allow two wires to be quickly connected or disconnected to an electrical system. Featuring male and female ends, the male terminal conveniently slides into the female terminal to form the connection. These terminals are commonly used in automotive and consumer applications that involve frequent repair or replacement.
Bullet
With bullet electrical terminals, the pole-shaped end of the male terminal is designed to fit securely into the hollow-bodied female terminal. This provides a durable, tight connection that helps protect the wires from corrosion and other contaminants in harsh environments.
Butt
Butt terminals are used to safely connect or terminate one or several wires. After inserting the wires into the terminal's open ends, both ends are crimped to complete the connection. Butt terminals are beneficial for wiring applications requiring extra protection against moisture, corrosion, and abrasion.
Flag
Characterized by a flag-like shape, flag terminals allow wires to be conveniently and securely connected in various electrical applications. Their slim, sleek design allows them to complete connections in spaces that are too confined for quick-disconnect terminals.
Choose the right terminal for your application

Material, Size, and Environment
Choosing the right terminal for your application involves considering several critical factors.think about the material. Terminals are typically made from copper, brass, or aluminum, with various plating options like tin or nickel. The material choice depends on the conductivity requirements, corrosion resistance, and cost considerations.
Size is another crucial factor. The terminal must match the wire gauge you're using. If the terminal is too large or too small, it won't provide a secure connection, which could lead to electrical failures.
The environment in which the terminal will be used also plays a significant role. For example, a terminal with a more secure fastening method might be preferred in high-vibration environments, like a ring terminal. Insulated or coated terminals are necessary in wet or corrosive environments to prevent degradation.
Matching Terminals with Wire Types and Gauges
Always match the terminal with the correct wire type and gauge to ensure a secure and reliable connection. Terminals are designed to fit specific wire sizes, so using the wrong size can result in poor connections that may fail under load. Most terminals are color-coded by size, which can help you quickly identify the right terminal for your wire.
In addition to size, consider the type of wire. Solid wires may require different terminal designs than stranded wires, which need terminals that can accommodate their flexibility and multiple strands. Using the correct terminal ensures that the crimping process creates a solid mechanical bond and an excellent electrical connection.
Safety and Compliance Considerations
Safety should always be a priority when selecting terminals. Depending on your region and application, the terminals you choose comply with relevant safety standards and certifications, such as UL, CSA, or CE. Compliance with these standards ensures that the terminals have been tested for safety, durability, and performance under specific conditions.
