Copper End Sleeve

CNBX Copper End Sleeve use copper-tin plated copper, which with good electrical conductivity.

The Copper End Sleeve are able to reinforce the wire strands when terminating a cable into connector blocks.

1. Why should you choose to use the Copper End Sleeve?
Copper End Sleeve are designed to terminate the end of cable, prior to fitting screw type terminal blocks or connectors. The crimped on cord end terminal then protects the exposedwire strands from damage from the screw, which results in astronger connection.

2. How to use the Copper End Sleeve?
First use a wire stripper to peel off the rubber of the wire. The stripped length is the same as the length of the metal tube of the Copper End Sleeve. If it is shortened, it will easily fall off.

Put the copper end sleeve into the stripped wire , and the metal tube part should be aligned with the wire core, then use crimping pliers to crimp the terminals.
