Pre Insulated Ring Terminals

CNBX Pre-insulated Terminals are electrolytically tinned for maximum corrosion protection.

The inslulating tube is normally made of Nylon, which has excellent deformation characteristics and keeps its form after crimping and thereby its vibration support/ The color on the tube indicates the area range as below table.

1. The CNBX nylon pre-insulated terminals are easy enter design. It is easy to guide the cable properly in the cable clip, which means that it guides the cable correctly in the clip.

2. The Pre-insulated Terminals are marked with logotype, the cross-sectional area and where applicable the screw diameter. When an adequate crimping is done with the right tool, crimping dies/pliers make an impression on the insulation sleeve so that all connections can be checked afterwards. Except for the hobby tools, there is a built-in full closure system which ensures that the complete crimping procedure has been performed – a condition for ensuring a professional and high quality job.
