Regarding the inspection method of cold-pressed terminals, there is no direct detection method at present, and the purpose of crimping inspection of cold-pressed terminals can only be achieved indirectly through process control, such as controlling the filling rate before internal pressure of the terminal and controlling the oil pressure.
Generally, there are some requirements for the crimping inspection of cold-pressed terminals, and the specifics will be described by the author slowly. First of all, use the corresponding suitable cold-pressed terminal according to the cross-section of the wire, and the corresponding specifications are required to be exactly the same. Secondly, the length of the stripped wire insulation layer is in compliance with the regulations, and the length of the cold-pressed terminal is required to be correct. Again, all metal wires of the wires are completely wrapped in the cold-pressed terminals, requiring no scattered copper wires.
Furthermore, it is required that the crimping part of the cold-pressed terminal conforms to the regulations, and the crimping part is required to be correct. After that, the strength test after crimping is based on the strength of the tensile strength test in the TB/T1507-93 standard, and the quality of the crimping is verified by a calibrated TLS-S2000A spring tension and compression testing machine.
Then, when crimping the cold-pressed terminal, the crimping tool must meet the specified fixing strength, and it must be checked every three months. The tools that meet the requirements should have a label indicating that they are within the validity period. Finally, bundle the wiring at least once every 400~500mm.
