Precautions For Using Tube Type Terminals

Many people don't know tube terminals very well, but they are often used in our daily life. People who use it will naturally use it frequently, so they will understand such products and know how to use them correctly. People who don't know how to use this product will naturally not understand it.
The first point is that mishandled tubular terminals should be marked with color codes or marks, or confirm whether the model is corresponding before connecting, and ensure accurate positioning when connecting. Special care must be taken to prevent incorrect insertion of pinned sockets. Failure to do so could result in breakage of the barrel terminal, resulting in unintentional electrical contact. In order to ensure the connection of cold crimped terminals, in special cases that are difficult to inspect, detailed regulations should be made in the corresponding operating procedures, and inspections should be carried out by peeping.
The second point is that when the tubular terminal is terminated, the corresponding termination standard or regulations should be strictly followed for termination and inspection, and the connection should be terminated according to the matching connection point number. The thickness of the larger cable sheath between the used cable transmission lines should be matched with the contact parts at intervals, and the cable core should be matched with the wiring ends of the contact parts.
The third point is to choose the corresponding power soldering iron according to the diameter of the bare wire when soldering. The soldering time of each contact is generally not more than 5S. Care should be taken not to allow the flux to penetrate into the insulator to prevent the insulation resistance of the product from decreasing.
Fourth, when the tubular terminals are in a separated state, protective caps should be installed or other dust-proof measures should be taken; if the tubular terminals are not separated for a long time after connection, insurance can be placed between the plug and the socket.
